Fifth person arrested in fatal Todd County shooting investigation

Police have arrested a fifth person following a fatal shooting in Todd County.

Authorities had been searching for Douglas Cropper, 41, of Oakland, who is accused of providing the gun used in the shooting on Sunday.

Warren County jail records show Cropper was lodged just before 2 a.m. this morning on charges of murder and tampering with physical evidence.

Kentucky State Police say they found Jerry Robertson, 47, of Guthrie shot to death Sunday after someone reported seeing a suspicious vehicle on Stateline Road.

Police say Robertson was struck three times by the gunshots.

Four other individuals were arrested for their involvement the days following.
