Felon allegedly enters home with gun, found tied up following physical altercation

GLASGOW, Ky. – A convicted felon entered a Glasgow residence with a gun before being subdued and tied up.
Glasgow Police Department Major Terry Flatt says the department responded to a residence on Lexington Drive to reports of a man entering a residence with a gun on Sunday.
Officers say they made contact with the resident and located the suspect. The resident says the man entered the residence with a gun following a verbal altercation that turned physical.
The suspect, identified as Clayton Button, 34, was assaulted and found tied up when the officers arrived.
Button is a convicted felon.
Button is charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. He is lodged at the Barren County Detention Center.
