FCA’s Logan Nix signs with Florida College men’s basketball

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The busy week of high school signings continues this Wednesday as one local basketball student-athlete celebrated taking his talents to the sunshine state.
Foundation Christian Academy’s Logan Nix signed his national letter of intent to play at Florida College.
Nix spent the entirety of his high school basketball career as a Falcon, leading his team in scoring from his sophomore to senior year.
This past season, he averaged 18.8 points per game while totaling 1,476 points across five seasons.
Nix will be keeping the Falcon name across his chest when he heads to the Tampa area and spoke on just how ready he is to get there.
“ I’m really excited about the climate change and to be able to go to the beach every once in a while,” Nix said. “The school’s awesome. It’s a small, private Christian school in Temple Terrace and I’m close with the people there already. It’s just like another home to me and being able to play basketball for them is just really an accomplishment and gift, so I’m excited.”
