FBI releases surveillance images in Nancy Guthrie case
TUCSON, Ariz. (NBC News) – The Federal Bureau of Investigation on Tuesday released surveillance photos and videos of a potential subject in the investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the 84-year-old mother of “TODAY” co-anchor Savannah Guthrie.
According to a report by NBC News, the new images are the first major clue in the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, who was reported missing Feb. 1.
Investigators want viewers to take a close look at the individual seen on camera.
They are calling the person a subject of interest.

These images were previously inaccessible, according to NBC, but were recovered from Nancy Guthrie’s doorbell camera system.
The armed, masked individual is wearing gloves and a backpack while walking up to the front door and tampering with the camera.
Investigators have not been able to locate the camera, according to NBC.
Authorities are hoping that anyone who sees the images can locate the person or recognize the person based upon their walk, stature and even some facial features.
The FBI Phoenix Field Office says it is offering “up to $50,000 for information leading to the recovery of Nancy Guthrie and/or the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in her disappearance.”
