Events to impact traffic in downtown Glasgow

GLASGOW, Ky. – Drivers in the Glasgow area should be aware of several upcoming events this weekend.

The Glasgow Police Department says Light Up Glasgow and Lift Up Vendor Fair will close the road around the Glasgow public square on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In addition, the 47th annual Turkey Trot will also take place on Saturday starting at 7:15 a.m., causing the east side of the public square toto close from 6 a.m. until noon.

Drivers are encouraged to use caution if you travel in this area.
