Escaped Logan County inmate considered ‘dangerous’

LOGAN COUNTY, Ky. – Logan County officials say an inmate is still at large.
Officials say Clevon Stephens, 52, was last seen on video walking toward the railroad tracks on Highway 68/80 near U.S. 79 north.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office says it was notified of an inmate who walked away Tuesday during work release at an animal shelter.
The Kentucky State Police is also aware of the incident.
Stephens is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 170 pounds with a scar on his forehead and a shaved head. He was last seen wearing all black and may have a green Logan County Detention Center shirt with him.
