Elizabethtown man to face over 10 years in prison for distribution of child pornography
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – An Elizabethtown man is facing around 12 years in prison after court documents say he distributed and possessed child pornography.
According to court documents, Martin Hoag, 43, used the internet twice to send child pornography to an undercover agent, and he also possessed child pornography on two separate hard drives of a minor under the age of 12.
On Thursday, Hoag was ordered to serve 151 months in prison, followed by a 10-year term of supervised release. He also is ordered to pay restitution to three victims in the amount of $3,000 each, a $15,000 special assessment and a $5,000 fine, according to a release.
