Drug Task Force arrests Bowling Green man
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A Bowling Green man is behind bars after an investigation by the Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force and Kentucky State Police.
Joe Lindsey, 48, is charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and first-degree fleeing or evading police.
Authorities said they made a controlled drug purchase from Lindsey.
When investigators attempted to arrest him Monday, they said he fled, but was later apprehended.
Authorities said when they executed a search warrant on Lindsey’s home, they located a woman who was wanted in Pendleton County on failure to appear for drug charges.
Detectives said they also located a trailer that had been reported stolen out of Simpson County and over an ounce of crystal methamphetamine.
Lindsey was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
