Driver under arrest after crashing vehicle into bank in Butler County

MORGANTOWN, Ky.- A man was arrested after police say he crashed a pick-up truck into the front of a bank building on Wednesday afternoon in Morgantown.

According to Morgantown Police Chief Giles Taylor, officers responded to the crash around 2:45 p.m. at the Limestone Bank on West GL Smith Street.

Police arrested Morgantown resident, James Brown, 59, and charged him with two counts of second-degree wanton endangerment and DUI.

James was lodged in the Butler County Jail.
