Driver released from hospital after vehicle struck by train
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- The 19-year-old driver whose vehicle was struck by a train last weekend in Bowling Green has been released from the hospital.
According to a spokeswoman at the Medical Center at Bowling Green, Trevion Carver is no longer a patient at the hospital.
According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to a railroad crossing on Dillard Road just before 3:00 p.m.on Saturday.
Authorities say Carver was going through the crossing when a CSX train struck the car.
