Drake’s set to open new restaurant in Bowling Green by summer 2024

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Excitement is building around a new restaurant set to pop up in Bowling Green next summer.

A sign for Drake’s, a sports bar that also happens to serve sushi, is set to open for the summer of 2024.

Drake’s will be the newest addition to Ken Bale Boulevard across from Chuy’s and down the road from Sam’s Club.

This new restaurant joins the hardware chain Menards, next to Meijer, as the newest businesses set to come to Bowling Green.

The Chamber of Commerce is excited to see what these two bring to the city.

“We hope people are excited as new companies are coming in because it just continues to expand the types of jobs available, the types of companies here, alternatives for shopping, alternatives for eating out, and that quality of life increase will help us continue to recruit new residents to our area to meet the growing economy and the growing open jobs that we have in the area,” Ron Bunch, President/CEO of the Bowling Green Chamber says.

Menards is currently under construction, while crews will start work on Drake’s soon.
