Dragons Name Javen Roberson as Baseball Head Coach

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Javen Roberson has been named head coach for Warren Central baseball.

Roberson is a former Dragon who looks to reset the tone of the baseball team.

Along with new assistants, Warren Central baseball legend Rick Alfonso will help coach the team.

Roberson says he wants his team to not only learn about baseball but develop life skills.

“I’m in the school now also, I’m recruiting, so I kind of lock ’em in my room until they say they’re gonna play,” Roberson said. “We’re fun people and by the way, we play baseball, you know, we like baseball, so we’re gonna teach you that sport while teaching you life.”
