Down Syndrome of South Central Kentucky hosting Holiday Bazaar

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – If you’re looking for some shopping that benefits local organizations, Down Syndrome of South Central Kentucky has the perfect place for you!

Their Holiday Bazaar takes place on Friday and Saturday at the Buddy House on State Street.

Different local vendors will set up shop, with the proceeds from sales going back into their organizations.

For DSSKY, however, it’s more than just raising funds.

“For me and our organization, it gives our individuals some pride and ownership in the community. It builds their confidence and it just shows the community in general that there is way more to everyone in our community than what meets the eye,” Stephanie Morton of DSSKY says.
