Deputies arrest Bowling Green woman on drug charges
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – While attempting to serve an arrest warrant Saturday, deputies located the Bowling Green woman they were looking for who had been hiding inside of a closet at a home in Greenwood Estates Mobile Home Park.
Deputies arrested Geneva Beth Johnson, 28, on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense (methamphetamine), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and trafficking in marijuana, according to her arrest citation.
Deputies said they saw drug paraphernalia in plain site including a digital scale with a white crystal substance residue on it and a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, according to her citation.
She was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail. Her bond is $3,000.
She was also served with a failure to appear warrant, according to online jail records.
