City owned Riverview Golf Course up for lease
The City of Bowling Green is looking for someone to take over one of its golf courses.
Bowling Green Mayor, Bruce Wilkerson, tells WNKY that proposals are being sought to lease the Riverview Golf Course on West Main Street.
A request for proposal (RFP) went out last week.
Wilkerson says the person or group who leases the course doesn’t necessarily have to keep it functioning as a golf course.
Of the three city owned golf courses, Riverview is the least played, according to Wilkerson.
The deadline to bid is Jan. 9, 2019.
