PADUCAH, Ky.- The city of Paducah in kentucky is installing floodgates ahead of possible high water this week.

The Ohio River at Paducah is expected to crest at 50 feet and hold a high level beginning Thursday of this week. The City of Paducah Public Works and Engineering Departments began the floodgate installation process Sunday, and full installation begins Monday.
