City of Bowling Green plans a candlelight vigil in honor of tornado victims

BOWLING GREEN, Ky — The City of Bowling Green is planning a candlelight vigil in honor of those who were killed when tornadoes tore through Warren County Saturday.

The event will be Monday, Dec. 20 at the Bowling Green Ballpark. Posted on the City of Bowling Green Facebook page, residents are asked to “bring your own candle and gather with us to lift up words of encouragement and support to all of those affected by the tornadoes in Warren County.”

The candlelight vigil will begin at 5:00pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.
