City, County declare state of emergency

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Historic flooding has rocked South Central Kentucky.

Warren County Judge/Executive Doug Gorman and City of Bowling Green Mayor Todd Alcott declared state of emergencies on Sunday.

Flooding has caused roadways to be shut down and caused damages to structures across the county.
