Citation: Woman broke into vehicles to steal financial information and cash, caught with missing juvenile in the vehicle
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bowling Green police were assisted by Enterprise and OnStar in tracking and stopping a stolen vehicle from Nashville with one adult and two juveniles inside.
One of the juveniles was reported missing out of Florida.
The driver of the car, Krystle Rayburn, admitted to renting the car wearing a wig and using fake ID in Tennessee Sunday, according to Bowling Green police records.
Detectives spoke to FBI agents in Nashville who said Rayburn and the juveniles were breaking into vehicles and stealing cash, debit cards, ID’s, and social security cards and used those items to withdraw money and open bank accounts. The FBI said this theft was part of a ring of thefts involving the Felony Lane Gang, according to police records.
The juveniles told police Rayburn had fled Tennessee to Kentucky to get away from police in Tennessee and had plans mapped out to break into vehicles in Bowling Green.
Rayburn was charged trafficking financial information, receiving stolen property over $10,000, second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, custodial interference, first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
