Christian Family Radio, River Lake Church bringing best-selling author to Glasgow

GLASGOW, Ky. – Christian Family Radio and River Lake Church are bringing best-selling author John Burke to Glasgow for two free events Sunday.

Burke, who chronicled the similar experienced over 1,000 people had during near-death episodes, will appear at the Plaza Theatre 9 and 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 15 for a talk on the subject, followed by questions and a book signing.

Bridget Kehrt-Groce, executive director of Christian Family Radio, says, “Whenever you take the time to document people, literally from every faith or no faith from all across the globe, it gives us a wider picture of what life could look like after this life.”

Burke’s book, “Imagine Heaven,” has sold over a million copies, and this event kicks off a series from River Lake Church exploring what the afterlife might be like.
