Child rescued from drain on Three Springs Road

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A child has reportedly been rescued from a drain on Three Springs Road.

Warren County sheriff Brett Hightower confirmed units were dispatched to the 9500 block of Three Springs Road on Friday for a report of a child stuck in a drain.

According to Bowling Green Fire Department public information officer Katie McKee, around 5:16 p.m., BGFD was dispatched to a water rescue involving a minor at the scene.

McKee says before arriving on scene, BGFD units were advised to cancel due to the minor having already been safely rescued.
