(CNN) – A major food recall has been issued after a few reported deaths.

Ready-to-eat grilled chicken alfredo with fettuccine meals have been recalled due to a listeria outbreak.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, at least three people and an unborn baby have died.

There have also been reports of people getting sick in 13 states.

The products were sold nationwide at Walmart under the Marketside brand. They were also distributed at Kroger under the Home Chef brand.

The three sizes have best-by dates before June 27.

Customers are urged to throw the product away or return it to the store for a refund.

The USDA is investigating whether a certain ingredient in the chicken fettuccine alfredo is the source of the outbreak.
