Charity Ball Raises more than $400,000 for Med Center Health Foundation

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Med Center Health Foundation’s annual fundraiser, The Charity Ball, is celebrating another extremely successful year.

According to a release Friday by Med Center Health, the event raised more than $400,000 for Med Center Health Foundation.

The foundation says it provides “significant funding to benefit The Community Clinic, The Dental Clinic, The Medical Center at Bowling Green NICU, the Hospitality House” and more.

This year, the event was held on Nov. 8, gathering more than 650 attendees. Those who participated could enjoy a cocktail hour, seated dinner, auctions and a performance from Number One Party Band.

Med Center Health says it is grateful to everyone that sponsored the event, purchased reserved seats, donated as a sponsor, bought a raffle ticket or placed a bid in the online and live auctions.

Overall, the release says nearly $6 million has been raised from the Charity Ball through the years to support healthcare for our communities.
