Cave City traffic stop, search ends in arrest

CAVE CITY, Ky. – According to a press release, on March 17, Cave City police pulled over Dallas Flowers after observing him turn in traffic without giving a turn signal.

K-9 Jax was used, and indicated the presence of narcotics, according to the release.

The automobile was subsequently searched, and Flowers was arrested and charged with:
• Failure to use or improper signal.
• Failure to produce insurance card.
• First-degree possession of a controlled substance second offense.
• Possession of marijuana.
• Third-degree possession of a controlled substance – drug unspecified.

• Illegal possession of legend drug
• Prescription controlled substance not in proper container first offense.
• Possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Driving on DUI suspended license first offense

Flowers was booked into the Barren County Detention Center.
