Cave City man arrested on sexual abuse and sodomy charges

CAVE CITY, Ky.- A Cave City man is behind bars, after police say he sexually abused a juvenile family member.

According to Cave City police, officers received a complaint Thursday of an alleged sexual abuse involving Wesley Cape, 42, and a young member of his family, who is female.

After an investigation, Cape was arrested and charged with first degree sexual abuse and third degree sodomy.

Cape was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
