CASA celebrates volunteers with 2nd annual Soups and Heroes Luncheon
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – CASA of South Central Kentucky held its 2019 Soups and Heroes Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on Friday, November 22 at Mariah’s Banquet Room.
Presentations were made to advocates achieving milestone service dates, SuperCASA awards for volunteers going above and beyond, as well as naming the:
2019 Margaret Ryan Huddleston Guardian Ad Litem of the Year – Glasgow Attorney Cheryl Berry
2019 Hugo Becker Volunteer Advocate of the Year – Karen Kane-Roby
2019 CASA Community Partner of the Year – Lil’ Angel’s Attic Consignment Sale
With this being the 20th year of service for the organization, past Guardian Ad Litem and Volunteer Advocate of the Year recipients attended the event and were recognized.
