Campbellsville man arrested after gas station robbery

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – A Campbellsville man is behind bars after a reported robbery at an area gas station.

The Campbellsville Police Department says it responded around 9:32 p.m. Wednesday to a report of a possible robbery at AMOCO gas station on Saloma Road.

Through investigation, police say they identified the suspect as 20-year-old Taylor Hansford of Campbellsville.

At 11:18 p.m., Hansford was taken into custody on a charge of first-degree robbery.

He remains at the Taylor County Detention Center.
