Butler County Schools will offer free meals for the 2024-2025 school year

BUTLER COUNTY – The Butler County Bears Lunchbox Express announced free meals will be provided for students served under National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.

Students meeting federal requirements will receive a healthy breakfast and lunch daily at no charge, the program says.

All schools in Butler County will participate in this Community Eligibility Provision program.

CEP was carried out under the Health, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010.

Students will return home with an Educational Benefits form at the start of the school year for feedback.
