Butler County Arts Guild to host free jamboree

MORGANTOWN, Ky. – This Friday, you can hear local talents perform for free thanks to the Butler County Arts Guild.

The organization is hosting a free jamboree this Friday, Jan. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

You will be able to celebrate local artists’ talents, such as local legend Doug Odel and a rising star, James Bechel.

Odel has been a part of the Arts Guild Music Journey since the beginning and is known for his smooth country singing.

Bechel is a fifth-grader at Morgantown Elementary who’s ready to bring on the laughs.

This event is completely free at the Extension Office in Morgantown.
