Bridge replacement project to temporarily close bridge in Allen County

ALLEN COUNTY, Ky. – Drivers traveling through Allen County should be aware of a closure that could impact their route.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the bridge on Old Buck Creek Road over Buck Creek is closed temporarily effective Wednesday for a bridge replacement project.

The bridge is expected to remain closed for 60 days, with a new bridge opening in early August, transportation officials say.

Motorists should seek an alternate route.
