BRADD Community Needs Assessment survey now open
BOWLING GREEN Ky.-The Barren River Area Development District is asking for your help to better serve a specific group of people in our community.
BRADD is collecting information when it comes to services for the aging & disabled population in the 10-county region. The Community Needs Assessment survey helps BRADD and the Area Agency on Aging & Independent Living (AAAIL) develop and refine future goals to ensure older adults have the resources to remain in their homes, living independently. The survey is open for anyone to take, though older adults, caregivers, and disabled individuals are especially encouraged.
Associate director of aging programs Alecia Johnson says surveys like this make a huge difference in the long run.
“We’re going to have this survey available up until the end of December for anyone to complete as they like. We take that information, gather it, and use it to target the services we provide here at BRADD to better serve our community,” Johnson said.
