Bowling Green Woman represents Kentucky for Relay for Life
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- The American Cancer Society announced this week that Barbara Neighbors of Bowling Green will be representing the state of Kentucky for the Southeast Region Community Fundraising Leadership Team.
Neighbors has volunteered with the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life of South Central Kentucky, held in Bowling Green, for over 15 years.
She will be working with other Southeast Region Leads to deliver ACS initiatives and best practices to volunteers across Kentucky.
The Southeast region consists of Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
Regional Relay For Life Leads work to represent the needs of their region and provide support for Relay For Life on their Community Fundraising Leadership Team.
