Bowling Green without a Greyhound bus stop
BOWLING GREEN Ky.-Bowling Green is without a Greyhound bus stop for the first time in years.
Greyhound contacted Bowling Green Mayor Bruce Wilkerson indicating that their business model was changing, and they would no longer operate the stop at 55 Parker Avenue.
Now, the buses are making stops at a temporary truck stop site in Franklin.
Wilkerson said he hopes to see the bus stop come back to Bowling Green.
Wilkerson believes that if Greyhound opens another stop in Bowling Green, it will be located off of Interstate 65 near Exit 22 or 28.
