Bowling Green restaurant removes Russian vodka from menu
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – One locally owned Bowling Green restaurant is helping support Ukraine.
Simply Ramen BG released this post on their Facebook saying they’ve removed all Vodka products made in Russia from their menu.
Also, one corporate owned company is showing their support for Ukraine the same way.
Liquor Barn also released a statement on their Twitter saying they’re taking out Russian-made spirits from their stores. Of course, this will apply to Liquor Barn in Bowling Green.
Simply Ramen owner Rob Sparkman said, “We do not agree with what Russia is doing. It’s something that we can do a little bit about – protest them. We do not tolerate this.”
Sparkman encourages people to buy their Vodka from other countries besides Russia right now.
Comments on social media seem to unanimously support these business’s decisions.
