UPDATE: Bowling Green police respond to shooting at Martin Auto Mart

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – An investigation into a reported fatal shooting is underway at Martin Auto Mart in Bowling Green.

Bowling Green Police Department public information officer Ronnie Ward says officers responded at 12:21 p.m. Wednesday to the business located at 1001 U.S. 31-W Bypass for a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, Ward says officers located one dead male inside of the business.

Officers are on scene gathering evidence at this time, according to Ward.

Details are limited at this time. The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
