UPDATE: Bowling Green police identify suspect, victim in shooting
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bowling Green police on Tuesday morning announced through the department’s Facebook page that officers are looking for Tre’Shawn Hutchins in connection to a shooting Monday night.
BGPD Officer Ronnie Ward said the police were called to the Thames Valley area at 7:15 p.m. Monday.
When police arrived, they found David Thang, 21, shot inside of a wrecked vehicle, Ward said.
Thang was the driver of the car, that came off of Sebern Close Court and onto Thames Valley Road before crashing into an embankment.
Thang’s passenger was not injured.
A medical helicopter flew Thang to an area trauma center, Ward said.
Crime scene processors gathered evidence for several hours in the area.
Anyone with information on Hutchins’ whereabouts should call police. Hutchins should be considered armed and dangerous, BGPD said on Facebook.
