Bowling Green Police continue to investigate the death of Jotez Beason
Bowling Green Police continue to investigate the death of Jotez Beason, who was found deceased inside 1328 Stubbins Street, around 6:40 a.m. September 10.
"Our investigation is continuing," BGPD spokesman Officer Ronnie Ward said. "We are in the process of interviewing anyone, that we think may have some information that’s useful. We would still again ask for anyone who has information, to call police or crime stoppers."
Jotez is the second of Elisa Beason’s children to die at the hands of another person. In January of 2017, Elisa’s other son, Xzavion Beason, 30, was violently beaten outside of Chocolate City nightclub. He died at the medical center within days of the beating.
Both homicides are currently unsolved.
Evidence from the scene of Jotez Beason’s death is still being processed to be sent to the Kentucky State Police Crime Lab.
