Bowling Green police arrest man after multiple weapons found inside of vehicle
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A 21-year-old man from Bowling Green is under arrest after police found multiple firearms inside of a vehicle.
On Friday, while responding to a burglary alarm on Smallhouse Road and Boulder Court, police noticed a passenger jump out of a vehicle.
Police later caught up to the vehicle.
According to Bowling Green police, an officer located two guns on the passenger floorboard, one of which was a BB gun, and the other, a handgun that had been reported stolen.
After a more thorough search of the vehicle, officers say they located two more stolen handguns, an AR-10 rifle, two hunting knives, brass knuckles, a metal baton, black vest and a small amount of marijuana.
The driver, J’Kyreon Boards, was arrested and charged with numerous offenses, including receiving stolen property and carrying a concealed weapon.
Boards was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
