Bowling Green man shot early Friday morning
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man is hospitalized in Nashville, Tenn. after sustaining a gunshot wound early Friday morning in Warren County.
Warren County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called at 12:44 a.m. Friday to 2200 Girkin Boiling Springs Road on a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Ronald Martin, 49, with a single shotgun wound, Sheriff Brett Hightower said.
Martin was taken by ambulance from the scene and later taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville
Deputies would like to speak to the resident of the home where Martin was shot, Charles Underhill, 55, about the incident, Hightower said.
No arrests had been made as of 9 a.m. Friday morning. The incident remains under investigation.
