Bowling Green man charged with wanton endangerment

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – One man is charged with wanton endangerment in Bowling Green.

According to a uniform citation, the Bowling Green Police Department responded Sunday to a complaint of a subject with weapon at a residence on South Lee Drive.

Authorities say a victim stated when got out of her vehicle at her home, a male living across the street yelled at her and was pointing a gun at her.

Police say a family member of the victim stated they had seen the male then standing at the corner of their residence after the victim had gone inside.

Authorities say they responded to speak to the male, identified as 32-year-old Fructuoso Rosales-Reyes.

Police say they observed a rifle leaning against the bumper of a vehicle.

Rosales-Reyes was detained. While speaking with police, authorities say he did not point the gun at the victim or speak to anyone across the street.

Authorities say Rosales-Reyes smelled strongly of alcoholic beverages.

Rosales-Reyes was taken into custody and lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail.

He is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense.
