Bowling Green man charged with rape, two others charged with intimidating a witness
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man is charged with rape, and two others are accused of intimidating a witness.
Mauricio Pascual-Mateo, 20, is charged with first-degree rape, according to a his arrest citation. Police received complaints that he had been sexually assaulting his intellectually-disabled partner in her sleep.
Two others, Florecita Pascual-Mateo, 19, and Ivan Perdomo, 20, are both charged with intimidating the witness.
According to the citation, the two brought the victim to the Warren County Justice Center to encourage her to drop the criminal charges.
