Bowling Green man charged with possession of child sexual abuse material

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man is charged with possessing child pornography.
The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch says a cyber tip was reported on Friday, February 23 by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The cyber tip was involving 326 suspected child sexual abuse materials, according to a uniform citation.
Through an investigation, police say Daelin Rigsby, 21 of Bowling Green, possessed over one hundred files suspected to be child sexual abuse materials on his mobile device.
KSP says the files appear to show children under the age of 12 in the child sexual abuse material. Rigsby consented to a search of his mobile device and home computer and confirmed his account use, the uniform citation states.
Rigsby is lodged at the Warren County Detention Center.
He is charged with distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12, first offense, and possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12.
