Bowling Green man arrested on drug, shoplifting charges in Allen County

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A Bowling Green man faces shoplifting and drug possession charges following an investigation.

According to a release, the Scottsville Police Department responded to Dollar General located on the Scottsville square to a shoplifting complaint at 2 pm on Sunday.

Officers say that 37-year-old Bradley R. McPeak, of Bowling Green, stole merchandise from Dollar General.

McPeak was found three hours later.

During a search, officers say they located suspected methamphetamine in McPeak’s possession, according to the post.

McPeak was arrested and transported to the Allen County Jail.

McPeak is charged with theft by unlawful taking – shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.
