Bowling Green man accused of rape, sodomy

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bowling Green police arrested a man Tuesday after a woman reported that he raped her.

The woman said, Colton Hogendorn, 25, forcibly raped her March 6 and during the alleged assault also committed another forcible sex act, according to his arrest citation.

Police located Hogendorn during a traffic stop and when asked by police if he had anything illegal on him, he told police he had marijuana in the center console of the car, according to his citation.

He is charged with first-degree rape, first degree sodomy, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
