Bowling Green man accused of pulling rifle on Atmos Energy employee

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A Bowling Green man is behind bars, accused of threatening a power company employee with a rifle.

Bryce Myszka, 48, is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.

According to Bowling Green police, officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of Sumpter Avenue last Friday.

An arrest citation states that the employee from Atmos Energy told police that Myszka told him to get off his property or he would shoot his tires out.

Myszka is then accused of going inside his home, getting a rifle, coming back outside and pointing it at the Atmos employee.

Myszka is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
