Bowling Green man accused of assaulting girlfriend who was holding toddler
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A Bowling Green man is behind bars after police said he assaulted his girlfriend while she was holding her 16-month-old daughter.
According to an arrest citation, Bowling Green police responded Thursday to the 900 block of Jackson Street in reference to a family disturbance.
During their investigation, police said they learned that Andrew Pellett, 19, violently pushed his girlfriend multiple times, causing her to drop her daughter on a chair or a bookcase.
