Bowling Green Hot Rods to host event; giving back to the community!

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — A press release Tuesday announced that the Bowling Green Hot Rods have joined forces with the Boys to Men Leadership Group, WKU Police, Bowling Green Police, and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office to host the inaugural Boys to Law Enforcement Day at the Bowling Green Ballpark.
The free event will take place Saturday, September 26, beginning at 10:00 a.m.. There will be CDC compliant seating and concessions will be available for purchase.
Created to build positive relationships with law enforcement and young males in the community through education and athletics, this event will give kids from the Boys to Men program the opportunity to run the bases, play catch, and hit home runs with local law enforcement. The events will conclude with a flag football game on the field.
