Bowling Green Fire Department offers help with Peer Support Program

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – On Wednesday, the Bowling Green Fire Department is recognizing everyone who makes their Peer Support Program possible.

The fire department’s Peer Support Program has licensed clinicians on standby as well as a group of passionate trained peers dedicated to assisting their fire department family.

The department says this program can be reached anytime, day or night, in total confidentiality for any firefighters within the department. They say they are also available to help surrounding departments, police, EMS and dispatch.
