Bowling Green East Little League teams head to State Tournament

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green East Little League baseball teams continue to dominate as the 11 year old All-Star team and 9/10 year old All-Star team has claimed their district championships and are headed to the 2021 State tournament.

The 11-year old squad eeked out a hard-fought 7-5 win over Southern in the district championship on Wednesday afternoon, while the 9/10 year old team dominated Warren County South 17-2.

The 12-year old district tournament was won by Warren County South, as they upended BG East’s All-Star team 11-4 in the semi-finals.
