Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce announces 2020 Excellence Awards winners

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.-  The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce awards local community members at Excellence Awards Presentation. 

The program was presented by past Excellence Awards recipients, Doug and Michelle Gorman.

Chamber President and CEO Ron Bunch said in release, “We are thrilled to have such outstanding members in this community. Their dedication and willingness to serve others exemplify our community’s spirit and drive.”

Monica Wardlow of German American Bank is awarded the 2020 ATHENA award. 

The 2020 Small Business Person of the Year is Kelly Arnold of Gemini Homes, Inc.

The 2020 Young ATHENA award is given to Amber Frye of Franklin Bank & Trust Company.

Betty McGuire of The Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center is awarded the 2020 Administrative Professional of the Year.

The award presentations are sponsored by Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler RAM, German American Bank and Gerald Printing. 

Arnold Consulting Engineering Services, Bowling Green Municipal Utilities, The Murphy Construction Group, Houchens Insurance Group, TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital and U.S. Bank were all event sponsors.
